ZOOM TECHNICAL SUPPORT SESSIONAL WORKER NEEDED
The Traveller Cultural Awareness Training Initiative (TCAT) provides
quality Traveller led training to agencies and services as part of our
work towards building more inclusive services and also to challenge
racism and discrimination. TCAT is supported by 4 Traveller led
community development organisations in county Cork. The training is
supported by a part time co-ordinator & delivered by a small team of
skilled Traveller women.
Many sessions are delivered on line via zoom
We are looking for someone who is currently available to work 3 hours
a week?over a 3 month period (flexible hours linked to training
schedule) to provide technical support for zoom TCAT training
sessions.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
* Respects cultural diversity and Travellers as an ethnic group
* Has an excellent knowledge and experience of Zoom functions ?
including setting up zoom meetings, can circulate a zoom link via
email to a small team, manage technical support for zoom meetings:
including sharing screen content, slides audio & video, set up break
out rooms, and run zoom polls
* Is reliable and punctual
* Is friendly, approachable and can work as part of a team to ensure
training runs smoothly
* has access to their own work space, computer and wifi?with strong
and reliable bandwith
* Will follow professional confidentiality guidelines in respect to
TCAT training
